In Balclutha (New Zealand), The Riviera Cinema, founded by Chris and Grace Rottenberry, is emerging as the city’s first permanent cinema since the closure of the Old Britannia Theater in the 1970s. The couple, who moved from Australia, chose Balclutha as the perfect location to make their dream come true. An ideal place, especially because it was one of the few small towns without a cinema.
The Riviera Cinema is currently a single-screen theater equipped with a 5-meter screen, 32 premium seats, three two-seater sofas, digital laser projection, and a modern 7.1 sound system, using acoustic technology from Ukrainian manufacturer MAG Cinema and speaker mounts from MN Mounting Solutions.
This project used:
✔️ 6 x MN Mounting WMT-20
✔️ 4 x MN Mounting WMT-C50
The project was realized in collaboration with AVENZ (Audio Visual Equipment) Ltd., our highly valued partner in New Zealand.
